Card Game Organizer Online Terms of Service
Card Game Organizer, CGO Online and all of its products ("Products") provide a service where card game statistics ("Intellectual Property") designed or created by a company ("Game Maker") are available for gameplay and research purposes. The Products are only for use with Trading Card Games ("TCGs") by a Game Maker that allows their Intellecutal Property to be used in such a manner. If a Game Maker deems that their data cannot be used by any or all Products said data will be removed from this Website and / or no longer distributed from this Website (as appropriate).
Visitors to CGO Online or users of any Card Game Organizer software ("Customers") who use or in some way obtain any of the Products are limited to using the Products only with the TCGs of Game Makers who allow their TCG to be used in a format produced by the Products. The designers of the Products ("Designers") are not liable or responsible if the Customers use the program with a TCG in a manner the owning Game Maker does not permit including, but not limited to, distribution of card statistics, proprietary data, or images.
The Products are provided 'As Is' without any warranty, express or implied. The Designers provide no warranty of service and are not liable for damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, any of the Products. Any Product or other files including, but not limited to, data files created for the use with the Product obtained from other sources ("External Software") are the responsibility of the creators of said External Software. The Designers are not liable for any damages resulting from External Software including, but not limited to, viruses or corrupted files.
